In her late twenties, she left the corporate world to follow her call to pursue counseling. She is a firm believer that God will close doors and open others according to His will. Alyssa is healer who uses prayer, discussion, and meditative practices to allow others to find their paths in life.

 Yoga has been part of my journey for several years now. Initially, I was intimidated by yoga because social media often highlights only one side—the physical—which can feel daunting and superficial. However, through daily practice, I learned to stand in my own power, embracing fearlessness and authenticity. Yoga has aligned my intentions with my soul's mission: to serve as a catalyst for healing and growth for anyone who crosses my path.

Yoga also rekindled my love for dance, a place where I find pure joy and self-expression, and where I feel most connected to my inner power and creativity. Dance is a powerful way for women to access their body wisdom, finding freedom, safety, confidence, intuition, and trust within themselves. This modality creates a profound connection with oneself, with sisters, and with the cosmos—a spiritual dance of unity.

In addition to my yoga and dance practice, I am also a Reiki practitioner and a High Priestess of Mary Magdalene. I am attuned to the frequencies of the white rose (Mother Mary), pink rose (Lady Nada), and red rose (Mary Magdalene and Goddess Isis). Each rose holds a unique energy: the white rose connects with intuition and higher realms, the pink rose resonates with the heart and nature, and the red rose links to the womb, past lives, and shamanic energies. Through these practices, I work to help others connect deeply with their own spiritual essence, fostering healing and transformation on every level.
