- The process can be a highly transformative, empowering and spiritual experience.
- It is one of bonding and sacred connecting- with your baby, with yourself, and with your partner.
- It teaches you lessons of patience, gratitude, and understanding.
- It allows one to tackle fears, break generational patterns, challenges ways you interact with others and encourages letting go of some control.
- Pregnancy and birth is beautiful and magical.
- And sometimes … Pregnancy and birth can feel triggering, disempowering, fear-based, isolating and traumatic.

Wherever you are on your pregnancy journey, whichever type of birth you wish you to have, and whatever you need, we are happy to customize our offerings to tailor your needs. Some offerings are also covered by insurance and we are happy to verify coverage before sessions begin.

Hypnobirthing
A research-based, holistically integrated 5 week program that creates:
- a sacred bonding between the birthing parent and their partner
- helps release the fears around pregnancy and birth and embrace
- dives into integral education about the birthing body and process
- explores choices around procedures and best medical practices
- incorporates self-hypnosis, breathwork techniques, and visualization exercises
- provides tools for an incredible, empowered birth regardless of the setting (birth center, home, hospital)
- $375 for 5 group sessions -
~ $550 for 5 individual sessions ~
$40 material fee for both options

Mother Blessing Ritual
A sacred and ceremonial way to celebrate the expecting mother. Each ceremony is personalized to support, empower, and uplift the mom-to-be. She will be honored, pampered, embraced by strength and love, and surrounded by her community. Let us take the planning and stress out for this event and allow the mother-to-be to feel beauty, harmony, wholeness, well-being, and spiritual connection. If you are looking to honor this sacred time with a ritual that goes beyond the typical baby shower, this is the ritual for you!

Baby Blessings
Loved ones can celebrate your little ones birth and take part in a sacred naming ceremony. Includes personalized pampering for the new mom, blessings and readings to honor the little one.
